[RHCE] COPS

Hi,
	I took COPS from the list in the syllabus. I assume some wiser head
(Jim) made the list. Certainly nessus, nmap, hping, etc are more modern.
Notice in my original msg that COPS detects "classic" vulnerabilities.
On the other hand Nemeth et al. 2002 says "Run it [COPS] before one of
your users does."
