I was planning to update the html and incorporate the notes that I made
during the meeting, but I haven't had time.  I just put the version that
I presented at the last meeting here:

Since I'm still planning to update it I added a revision history
table near the top of the page.  The url will remain the same even if I
update it.  When Lisa gets back from her business trip, I'm sure she'll
link this to the syllabus to make it easier to find.

If anyone has comments or corrections, feel free to send them to me.
