[RHCE] troubleshooting preperatoin

That wouldn't work if the glibc on the hard drive was messed up,
however.  Because once you chroot, you'll be using the glibc in
/mnt/sysimage.  (Same thing can apply to any other program that you
might need to use, such as rpm, but glibc affects everything).  That's
why the --root option to rpm is so handy.
