[RHCE] troubleshooting preperatoin

In point of fact, I have one of these tomorrow morning. A RH 7.1 server
that froze after applying updates... sound familiar to anyone?
They tried to install over it with RH 9 and it froze in the middle of
that install too.
Anyone is welcome to attend!
I wonder if RH will let us walk in with our knoppix disks? :-)
