[RHCE] troubleshooting preperatoin

One drawback to using a Knoppix CD to troubleshoot a Red Hat install --
you don't have accses to rpm.  Running rpm with the "--root
/mnt/sysimage" option can be very useful for a number of reasons, such
as correcting the glibc update if you installed the wrong one, for
example.  (See my previous post.)
