[RHCE] irc meeting change proposal

RHCE'ers,
	Agreed.  I believe we did decide to firmly close after pre-req's are
finished which will be Wed Sep 17.  So if you can't make that session,
sorry, too late.  
	As a reminder/FYI for new people, "homework" for next session is to
read and be familiar with the second half of Chapter 1.  We'll hold review
and discussion next Wed, and I will have reviewed the next chapter(s) in
order to determine the following week's assignment.
