Resent since I am posting from a difference subscription address.

(hopefully I have my send hook setup so this will make it
to the list)

It has been a few years since I've installed linux
on a 16MB system. Can Redhat 7.1 be squeezed onto
a 16MB box with approx 160MB of disk space.

Of course, I don't want X, etc. just development
tools (C), to compile qpage (a pager application).

Had a box that had been doing the job die after
about 5 years of use; the old IDE drive died in
it.

If Redhat will not install on such a limited system;
can you recommend other distros? I've only used
Redhat and Mandrake (realizing mandrake expects
higher end processor, etc.)
