I thought you might have said before you were using HTML. So if you're
exporting the document to HTML, shouldn't it work just fine in Mozilla?
I believe those special characters are just UNICODE and Mozilla handles
a reasonable amount of UNICODE just fine, including the quotes that come
through as ? on some applications.
