[TriLUG] updated kernel-building mini-doc -- new and improved!

  based on some feedback and questions, i've updated my kernel-building
mini-doc to include, among other things, specific issues with building
a 2.4.14 kernel, as well as the automated kernel-building utility
included in red hat 7.2.
