I'd have to say you did quite well. Not that I actually know, but I got the 
same answer from others.

I guess my main point here is that a)this iditard wrote to documentation 
asking for technical help (which happens from time to time because people 
don't think), and b) he was really rude. His first email was as pathetically 
sarcastic as it could be, saying something to the effect of 'you should tell 
people that when they buy your box sets they're on their own because your 
books suck.' Flies and honey, buddy, flies and honey.

I'm not feeling all insecure about our books now (the guy is clearly an 
upstart with some serious anger issues and he probably drinks heavily 
everytime he boots his machine. hehheh.), but I do feel for folks who work 
in support more and more when I see crap like this. Imagine talking to that 
guy on the phone? I'd have a conniption, satan would emerge from my skull, 
and I'd end up calling the guy something really impressive, like "a big 
doo-doo brain."

Ah well. That's it for today's superfluous diversion. Thanks for reading.
