I've had very good luck with ImageLink. www.imagelinkusa.net.

Their prices are reasonable at least to my notion.

Their "Silver" (read; basic) plan has pricing as follows:

25 megs - $5.95 / month

50 megs - $7.95 / month

100 megs - $14.95 / month

325 megs - $29.95 / month

plus a one time $15.00 setup fee for any of the above.

They have a special going right now, where you can double your space for an
extra two bucks a month.

The features you get for your money are pretty impressive as well. Some of
the features they tout:

Linux ( Red Hat!) servers Apache web server PHP enabled Perl 5
Python enabled

SSI enabled CGI wrappers MySQL Formmail clone

Web mail browser POP e-mail

Anonymous FTP raw access log

telnet (shell access!!) ssh (shell access!!)

unlimited e-mail addresses unlimited mailing lists

unlimited auto-responders unlimited forwarders

frontpage extensions ( is that a feature or a bug? You decide )

the ability to password protect any file or directory.

blah, blah, blah....

You can also get a unique IP address, for an extra $3.00 per month.

So, basically, you can get a 50 meg account, with a unique ip address, for
eleven bucks a month.

That's the package I have, both for my personal page, and for the page for
my fire department. So far, I have basically nothing but good things
to say about these guys. When I first setup my fire dept's page, there
was a minor misunderstanding regarding the domain name configuration. I
had the same name, registered under two different TLD's, and wanted one to
be an alias for the other. Initially they set me up with two
physically separate sites, instead of aliasing the .net domain to the .com
domain. But a couple of e-mails took care of that, and things
have been humming smoothly ever since.

So, yeah, I have no reservations reccommending ImageLink. And no, I don't
work for them, and am not a partner, shareholder, board member, blah, blah,
blah, in their company.

TTYL,

Phil
