Hi Ben,

I only came on-board at this organization after the Earthlink-Mindspring
merger, but my understanding is they had few problems with Mindspring
prior to Earthlink's buyout.  I can't say for certain the buyout was the
cause of the degrading service, but our anectodal evidence sure points
that way.  We're certainly happy to no longer be a customer!
