Well, not likely.  If you're building on Mandrake, though, I'd
definitely get a kernel-...src.rpm from your local cooker mirror
As of 3:45 on Thursday, 20-December-2001, you can just try downloading
the following file... 

ftp://jungle.metalab.unc.edu/pub/Linux/distributions/mandrake-ftp/Mandrake-devel/cooker/SRPMS/kernel-2.4.16.10mdk-1-1mdk.src.rpm

There's a slight possibility you might need a newer rpm to build
this kernel, but I would be surprised.  If so, you could just 
grab the already build kernel rpms from the same location
(just go to ../i586/Mandrake/RPMS/ from that directory).  They
should work regardless.
