[TriLUG] Redhat can't do resize!

I forgot to mention this problem occurs when you do a telnet.

ie. telnet from redhat box (or debian)  to redhat box and resize fails.
telnet from redhat box to debian box and resize works.
ditto for debian to debian.

Hello

I'm having trouble resizing my xterms on a remote redhat box.  Its 7.1.
I'm doing a telnet to the redhat box from
a debian box.

Debian:
$ resize
COLUMNS=140
ROWS=65

RootHack:
$resize
resize: can't open terminal /dev/tty

What's the deal redhat fans?
