Y'all have probably seen this on Slashdot already, but I think this article 
has some interesting things to say about Borland's EULA.  The EULAs for 
JBuilder and Kylix seem incompatible with anyone who values basic rights and 
freedoms.  If you are using Borland products, you might want to give that 
EULA a read and then consider other alternatives.  Man, I love Free Software.
