Job Opening with company located in Raleigh:

Support Technician.  In this role you'll have responsibility for receiving and resolving support requests via email and telephone.  There will also be opportunities to do scripting and to assist the QA/testing team.

To be successful in this position, your qualifications must include:
- a strong desire to work in a help desk environment (mostly supporting resellers and not end-users)
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
- a BS in Computer Science/related field or equivalent work experience 
- At least 1 year of Linux and/or Windows Administration experience 
-Scripting experience: Perl, shell, or PHP
