This is a good idea... thanx for mentioning it... I hadn't used it since 
the days when it was called mrtg.

As to the outages themselves I have experienced both major and minor
ones of varying lengths over the last 10 days. On at least one occasion
they had something on their web site saying there was minor trouble
being worked on.
