+1, it doesn't hurt to mention that there are other forums.  Basically, we 
say that we permit a single job poisting if the content meets our guidelines. 
If not, don't post your job opening to our list because there are other more 
appropriate forums for it, such as the triangle.jobs newsgroup.  That way, if 
an inappropriate job posting makes it to the list, there's no excuse. :)
