AFAIK, basic system maintenance. They can get anyone in to repair a
broken winnt domain login problem from dozens of outsourcing companies,
but where do they get someone to fix a filesystem permissions problem?
Update the system with the latest security fixes?

If we get the bid, I'll likely push them to get an RHN support contract.
I think they might be surprised how little maintenance and downtime 
their linux box requires, as compared to an NT/2K/XP server.
