You probably need the css plugin. Try the Penguin Liberation Front
website (http://plf.zarb.org/). They have files that for one
reason or another Mandrake doesn't include (like CSS).
You can even access them by urpmi (or rpmdrake) by typing the
following command at the prompt:
urpmi.addmedia plf http://plf.zarb.org/rpm/8.2 with hdlist.cz
I believe you may need the libdvdcss1 and possibly the libdvdread
packages. You should probably get the other xine packages as well.
(Like the ones that allow you to use the win32 dlls for various
file types.)
Personally, for DVD viewing, I personally prefer ogle. I spent
a lot of time trying to get xine working for dvds, including
using the dvdnav plugin, and it still didn't work right. I
installed ogle and it worked right the very first time.

Those who are willing to sacrifice essential liberties for a little
order, will lose both and deserve neither. -- Benjamin Franklin
History teaches that grave threats to liberty often come in times
of urgency, when constitutional rights seem too extravagant to
endure. -- Justice Thurgood Marshall, 1989
