Hi David,

While I don't always agree with Chris's opinions, I do appreciate his
candor both on-list and in person.

And while we're in the subject, Chris showed up and helped folks at
(AFAIK) every one of the TriLUG Installfests that I helped organize.  He
was *very* helpful, spending hours trying to get Linux installed and on
a number of machines and even supplied some of his own hardware (NICs)
for others to borrow.  He has earned my respect as a frequent and
hard-working contributor to TriLUG.

Too bad I don't live in NC any longer, as I'd certainly be there to cast
my vote for Chris.
