[TriLUG] RedHat 7.2 - White Screen

The problem occurs with all users.  I can not open a virtual console, ping 
it, log in remotely or anything else that I can think of.  I also cannot hit 
the web page of the machine.
I don't know what else to do.  Any Answers would be greatly appreciated.
