I just get impatient sometimes :) If the info was on their site, I could've
found what I wanted in a few minutes. As is now I'm waiting and for what?
an email? a phone call? They didn't really tell me on the site. Granted I
am picky when it comes to web sites.

Ok - I pay something like $49.95 but that is on top of the cable service we
have. The cable bill for standard service (higher package than basic) is
around $40.

All very good points and I hadn't thought about having to pay for my
internet connection separately.

Thanks!
