Helms is incapacitated at this time and will not be voting until his return 
to the Senate Sept 2002.  His position is unknown according to his office 
receptionist.

I've asked for a return call from Edwards office.

Probably a good issue to put to Ms Dole since she'll be purchasing the Helms 
seat.
