Sorry, I forgot about this or I'd have mentioned it.

Look in the docs directory for DA and you'll find trustModel.txt which
tells you what you need to do.  Arguably, it's a bug that the package
doesn't at least put that in the standard /etc/ldap/schema directory
as trustModel.schema, even if it didn't try to alter your server
config.
