Right now, I'm using RedHat 7.3. It includes KDE 3.0.x and KMail 1.4.1

To upgrade your KDE from Mandrake 8.x, you can go to www.kde.org and
download the appropiate RPMS to upgrade your system:

ftp://ftp.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu/pub/kde/stable/3.0.3/Mandrake/
