I can't remember now how good RH 8 was at identifying the hardware, but I 
think if you choose the default setting at installation, it will most likely 
work. You probably have the same wireless card that I have.

From the start menu (if you left the default one...): choose System Settings 
.. Network (Network Configuration). Enter the root password. There is a 
devices tab and a hardware tab, and they will need to be configured. You can 
view my settings at
