I have been using FW builder.  Its based on iptables,its graphical, and its
fairly simple to set up policies.  I'll shoot you the webpages to your unc
mail if you don't find it first.

There is some Gtk app called firewall-config that will help you to
create IPChains rules graphically.  Is it possible to have it edit
IPTables, or is there some analagous tool for IPTables?
