An interesting article from The Register.  There are suggestions in the
article that M$ might be considering patent violation lawsuits against Linux
distributions and it names RH Advanced Server as a possible target.

If M$ takes the divide, conquer, and slaughter (of Linux) battle to the
courts, as it eluded to in the Halloween VII documents, then it might be
time to circle the wagons and re-examine exactly how we plan to ensure our
computing freedom, and the computing freedom of future generations, on a
more organized and global basis.
