[TriLUG] Scanner recommendations

I'm going along with Ed on this one. I use the same scanner, only mine
is connected to an Adaptec 2940. While there are better scanners
available, the Mustek produces good quality images. Plus, getting it to
work with Linux and the Gimp was incredibly painless.
