 For anybody who hasn't already seen this:

 The Center for Public Integrity has obtained a draft copy of
 a proposed new bill, which seems to be something of a successor
 to the USA Patriot Act, and if passed, would erode our civil
liberties
 to an even larger degree than the original.

 They have mirrored the document, and provided some commentary on
their
 website.
