For webmail, other people will recommend Squirrelmail, but I like IMP
quite a bit.  It does ssl natively and will also connect to an
SSL enabled IMAP server (unlike Squirrelmail).  It can be a bit
harder to setup than Squirrelmail, but not if you use the hand rpms
(assuming, of course, and rpm system).
