[TriLUG] [Semi-OT] Anyone with non-profit corporation experience?

This post is semi off-topic because it does not relate to Linux, but it
does relate to the TriLUG organization.

Does anyone here have experience administering a non-profit
organization, or a recommendation for an accountant/CPA that could help
us?

We need to make some changes to TriLUG's corporation status, and I'm a
bit confused as to which forms are necessary.  I'd like to speak to
someone who can advise us professionally on the correct course of
action.

If there's anyone within TriLUG who is interested in donating their
services to help us with this, it would certainly be appreciated.  If
not, if you can recommend a reasonably-priced CPA or firm that could
help us, that would be great as well.
