Ok, I've added this monitor to the MonitorsDB file.  A new version of
hwdata should appear in Rawhide soon.  This should fix the monitor
detection in the redhat-config-xfree86 UI.  I can't say for sure whether
or not this will fix the refresh rate problem, but it won't hurt.  :)
