The best you can do is store the data in some proprietary format and
force them to read/access all the documentation via some application
(like acrobat read).
You *could* encrypt the data on the CD and then hand out a key to folks
who authenticated, but that gets too complex for most folks to handle.
An alternative is that you make folks sign-in to your web-site
(authenticate) and then ship the ordinary CD to the address they
provide.
