[TriLUG] SCO turns litigation on Linux users now...

I have a question for the copyright attorney's out there?

   It appears that SCO released the disputed code in it's version of Linux. 
Because the code came out under the GPL, it seems to me that anyone using a 
version of Linux that came out after the first SCO version has little to 
worry about.

Would you please tell me why I am wrong?
