Required Degrees:
Bachelors Degree

Experience Required:
5 years

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer, Life/Health Science or related 
field.
5-10 years of increasing responsibility in technical systems and 
processes that support clinical development in the pharmaceutical or 
CRO industry.
Expertise or specialized knowledge in Clintrial.
Must have SAS and PL/SQL experience.
Other desirable experiences include remote data technology, VMS, MS 
Windows products, UNIX, Oracle.
Experience in technical process development.
Experience with data management tools, technologies and processing.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Details:

Serve as technical expert in CDM for Therapeutic area/project support.
Ensure systems and processes within CDM are effectively utilized.
Partner with groups external CDM to ensure appropriate system and 
process support for DM.
Assess database design requirements relevant to data capture tool, 
processing and reporting needs.
Lead /Input to process improvement initiatives, development and 
improvements to working practices and standards.
Design, develop, test, validate, implement and maintain clinical trial 
databases.
Contribute to development of technical resource within therapy area 
groups (matrix support and development).
Analyze, design, test, validate, document and maintain software/systems 
using current tools for support of production activity.
Make recommendations to management concerning complex technical issues.
Have practical knowledge of complex technical and administrative 
methods, including the impact of interaction with existing technologies 
and/or methods.
Have a complete technical and strategic understanding of products 
relevant to clinical data management.
Coordinate data integration to/from remote entry sites, contract 
organizations to in-house data repository as necessary.
Be knowledgeable in regulatory requirements for electronic submissions.
