[TriLUG] No Bootup, need help.

If your CDROM light comes on as you mentioned in one of your initial 
emails, it does sound like you are getting power and the computer is 
coming on.  What I would check first is to make sure you video card is 
seated firmly in the motherboard.  You can do this by opening the case 
and taking the videocard out and putting it back in the slot you took it 
out of.  Even if your harddrive is damaged you should almost always get 
a BIOS screen on your monitor.  I honestly think it has something to do 
with your video card sometimes small jolts can cause parts to come out 
of a position just a little bit and if they are not in the slot 
completely it will give you a head ache tring to figure it out.  Also, 
check you RAM.  RAM should be locked into place but that depends on if 
it was installed correctly.
