Jon Carnes is your man.  He's an experienced independent consultant, knows his 
stuff, and is arguably the VPN guru of the list.

I think I talked to them before.  If I'm not mixing up my vendors I seem to 
remember them as being expensive and overly bloated with project management 
and administrative costs.
