Yes, package kernel-smp-2.4.20-19.9 is installed on my system. From my
uneducated viewpoint, my only problem is that I don't have the files
initrd-2.4.20-19.9.img and initrd-2.4.20-19.9smp.img.
I'm kinda also wondering why my grub.conf file didn;t get edited as part
of the kernel(s) packages updates. Is the past whever i have installe a
new kernel via RHN (which is ht only way I know how to), the new kernel
automagically shows up in my boot prompt (i.e. grub.conf file)
Anone know where I can get my hands on initrd-2.4.20-19.9.img and
initrd-2.4.20-19.9smp.img, assuning that they exists and that this isn
fact all I need to get the new kernel(s) loaded?
Thanks,
Justin
