The user never has any interaction with a secondary mx.  The secondary
MX always transfers the mail (eventually) to the primary mx.  Basically,
it's like if UPS wants to drop off a package at your house, but you're
not there.  They will sometimes then drop it off at a neighbor's house
and ask them to take it to you.  The neighbor is like the secondary
mx in that it serves as a temporary holding location for the
packge/message until it can be delivered to its final destination
(your house/your primary mail server).
