Any linux box with net-snmp properly configured.  Any Windows 2000 
machine with the SNMP service configured and enabled.

nmap -sU -p 161 hostname

net-snmp (formerly ucd-snmp).  If you have RH it is likely already 
installed.  Just edit /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf, chkconfig snmpd on, service 
snmpd start.
