[TriLUG] Mailman upgrade

Hi folks,

I just wanted to let people know that our mailman setup will be upgraded
to the latest version later this evening (after 5pm).  Hopefully there
won't be any problems or significant down time (I'm estimating it will
take all of 5 minutes).
