Hmmm this is rather ambiguous.  By email/spam experience, do you mean 
sending or blocking?  Big difference.  Though someone who understands 
blocking thoroughly will be able to draw from that experience to be a more 
efficient spammer.

Whatever the case, the published salary looks more appropriate for a 
fresh-out-of-school greenhorn.  Requiring any sort of specialization 
is going to immediately put the position in a higher expected salary 
range.
