Generally, with PCI devices you can't manually change the IRQ unless you
do it at the BIOS level on a per-slot basis.  On the other hand, PCI
devices can happily share IRQ's in most cases.  Otherwise, the easiest
way to change its IRQ is to try a different slot :).
