[TriLUG] redhat 2.1 chown problem

no,
the permissions on the direcory are 775 owned by jomarmgr with group
jomarmgr
the file is 644 owned by jomarmgr with group jomarmgr.
the command, run by jomarmgr, is chown perltest FILEA
