That didn't come out right.  ...they are links, but I don't know of any
Linux tool.

Microangelo is for editing icons.  I don't know of a tool to edit shortcuts,
but they aren't simply links.

I don't know of a Linux one. Only Microangelo, which is for MS. Pretty
cool, though, for MS.
