Oh my.  :(  Yeah, I heard about that Greenville incident shortly after 
it happened.  I don't recall if it was through the TriLUG list or 
through the feedback, but suffice it to say that was not an appropriate 
response from an Intrex employee, and the gentlemen in question was 
informed of it as soon as everyone else became aware.  There was a good 
bit of head-shaking and disbelief around the office about it.  The store 
had just recently opened, the employee was new, etc, etc.  That's enough 
excuses from me, but I'd hope that if you had the same conversation 
again now you'd get different results.

*sigh*
