Anybody using Conglomerate?

I dislike GUIs - they make you stupid.  Editing SGML/XML with vi
is not so good either, mainly because when I chunk the document, the
subsections do not have the

<!DOCTYPE book PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook V4.1//EN">

line that vi needs for syntax awareness.

emacs solutions are just too horrendous for this vi-droid to consider.
