[TriLUG] Big thanks to Roy, Chris and Mike!

Hey folks,

Join me in a virtual round of applause for Chris, Roy, and Mike for
their excellent service on the Steering Committee.  We'll miss them. 
Roy served about a year and half, Chris for about three years (I
think?), and Mike for five years.  Mike held every "position" on the SC
except Treasurer.  Thanks folks!
